Uncomplicate! Life is simple but we complicate it in many ways, making it difficult for ourselves and also people around us, we are born and brought up with this unknown theory of complicating life at every step!
Lets un-complicate!
Since childhood we hear everyone around us say "grow up" but what is growing up, it means getting matured by our thoughts, but that doesn't mean we forget small moments of happiness, its not anyone else but we who have complicated our lives, we should continue creating happiness with small moments like cracking a stupid joke, celebrating special days with friends & family, playing naughty childhood pranks, and many more such activities that makes us happy, even if others feel or say that these are not part of a grown up adult, don't bother!
If it creates happiness for us,we should continue to do so!
Re-live!
We all have some hobbies or some activities that makes us happy, but as we grow, we become so busy with our so called hectic schedule that we forget these activities! Ask when was the last time we did what made us happy, during my childhood every 3 months my family had a get together and I remember us all playing together, memory of everything else about get together has faded but I still remember all happy moments of playing together that we still cherish!
Relish!
Learn to enjoy small pleasures of life, that's what brings real happiness, I love ice-creams and the pleasure that reflects on my face while eating ice-cream cannot be compared to anything else, as a child my nana got chocolates for me and he continued to do so till he was with us even when I was an adult and had Cousins who were quite younger to me,he would hide the chocolates and just give them to me, he always said I was his first grand child and would remain the same, so why should his love change for me!
I can buy chocolates and eat but they don't give that pleasure as I feel in the ones given by my nana! I always miss them now! Relish small pleasures which life offers for that moment, before they are lost!
