We all dream, but how many of us really live our dreams? Very few..! Tried to know why some can live their dreams while others can't. Backpackers inspire people who have love for travel.
I had mentioned about spending a day without complaints in my previous article small things big changes, after reading that article, I was challenged to follow no complaint therapy for a week, initially it sounded very tough but I took up the challenge!
I started the same day and following were the rules to it:- 1. No cribbing about unnecessary things, people, situation etc 2. No complaints about anyone or anything 3. No frustration or fear or anger or resentment 4. Important incidents if falling under above 3 points can be discussed Human beings are social animals,we live in society & social circles, while living here we start shaping our lives based on what others will think of us, or the conventional ways of living, listing down some of craziest ideas that I feel would be super fun... 1. Singing your heart out Try singing out loud your favourite playlist in chorus, with your love, walking on the beach holding your hands. A group of small school going kids was sitting in front of me,their innocence blended with naughtiness mesmerised me,reminding of my own school days... 1. Excitement of meeting friends after summer vacation, those innocent talks about how vacation was spent 2. Excitement of getting new school bag, shoes, uniform and all stationary The 3 L's are live love and let go, all 3 are important aspects of our life 1. Live Everyone is living for the sake of living life but how many of us are really living the life we dream of, or the life which we want to lead, this is an important question that we need to ask ourselves today! Our wants are more materialistic then the necessity ! Living in this materialistic world, its important to possess material wealth but only to the extent of what we really need to be happy and content, we need to ask ourselves if all the material wealth we want is going to bring happiness into our lives? Mumbai is India's economic capital, thousands of people travel to this city from across the country to fulfill their dreams, and city welcomes everyone with warmth! People from all the cultures and communities can be spotted here in this city and hence I call it mini India,if one can't travel the whole of India then they should visit this city! City offers one of the cheapest mode of local transport by means of trains, fondly called Mumbai local aka lifeline of Mumbai! Here are some rules to travelling in the local during peak hours!
Mumbai, the city of dreams, is also famous for providing one of the best local transport systems!
Travel short or long is always fascinating and so is my daily travel, ofcourse the credit goes to my infinite companions who meet me everyday, and make my travel best source of entertainment! Let me introduce you to my companions, owing to their huge numbers, I have grouped them as per their Art I commute by train across 4 suburban railway routes, taking 2-2.5 hours each side to my office, one day when I was in hurry as I had been 5 mins late which meant I could be 15 to 20 mins late for my office, I saw a man lying in pain and crowd had gathered around him at station, as I was already in a hurry, I couldn't afford to wait a minute to inquire about that person, this episode faded with the day, but when I tried to relax back towards my ride back to my place did I realize how inhuman we have become in the hustle bustle of this city and that sight kept following me all throughout, that’s when I realized some small changes that can bring bigger changes to our lives, which am listing down here as a check list for me and for all the people like me who have lost their true selves to the fast forward life of Mumbai city! |
