I had mentioned about spending a day without complaints in my previous article small things big changes, after reading that article, I was challenged to follow no complaint therapy for a week, initially it sounded very tough but I took up the challenge!
I started the same day and following were the rules to it:-
1. No cribbing about unnecessary things, people, situation etc
2. No complaints about anyone or anything
3. No frustration or fear or anger or resentment
4. Important incidents if falling under above 3 points can be discussed

Obviously first 3 points looked scary, though 4th one came with a relief as there was scope for discussion,but I tried keeping it as an exception and to follow first 3 rules religiously
1. Surprise!
Results of my first day came as a big surprise to me, challenge which looked very difficult, went with an ease,I made zero efforts to spend my day without complaints.
2. Amazing results
Following my no complaints therapy not only happened with ease but also brought about amazing results,there was a feeling of peace and happiness all around myself.
3. Includes relationship therapy
By ignoring others mistakes, my relationships improved without making any efforts,and more than that my relationship with my inner self became better, I could feel the contentment & peace within me.
4. Big gains
My worries, anxiety, anger and fear had taken a toll on me,making me unhealthy from within, following no complaints therapy brought miraculous results,my anger, fear worries and anxiety were washed away in just some days,I felt myself in perfect health, which in turn increased my productivity,and also brought mental peace and serenity,something I never felt in so many years!
5. You are the change!
Things,people, situations etc were the same as before, but what has changed was "me" , my outlook towards life,people,situations and things had changed, I realized "if you want to bring the change, start with yourself" and whoa! I have changed!
