I had mentioned about spending a day without complaints in my previous article small things big changes, after reading that article, I was challenged to follow no complaint therapy for a week, initially it sounded very tough but I took up the challenge!
I started the same day and following were the rules to it:-
1. No cribbing about unnecessary things, people, situation etc
2. No complaints about anyone or anything
3. No frustration or fear or anger or resentment
4. Important incidents if falling under above 3 points can be discussed
